This policy is developed in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and international data protection standards. It has been published in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

Okwip collects only what is necessary — nothing more. Here's a breakdown across three categories.

• Full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number (collected at registration)
• National ID or passport details (for KYC verification)
• Payment method details — bKash/Nagad/Rocket number or bank account
• Messages and complaint details submitted to customer support

• IP address, device type, operating system, and browser information
• Login times, session duration, and pages visited on the platform
• Betting history, transaction records & win/loss statistics
• Cookie and local storage data (see Section 05 for details)

• Transaction verification details from the payment gateway
• Identity verification results via KYC partner
• Fraud prevention service data (for security purposes only)

Okwip always has a clear, specific reason before using your data. We don't operate on a "we'll figure out what to do with it later" basis — that mindset simply doesn't exist here.

Okwip always seeks separate consent for marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time — no questions asked.

Okwip never sells your data. However, in certain cases, limited information may be shared with specific partners to facilitate service delivery.

• Payment Processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket): Only the payment information necessary to process a transaction is shared.

Okwip is strictly not open to anyone under the age of 18. This is not just a legal requirement — we are genuinely committed to protecting young people.

• No one under the age of 18 may register on okwip
• If someone registers using a false age and this is discovered, the account will be permanently closed
• No data belonging to minors is knowingly collected
• Parents or guardians can report suspected underage registrations to support@okwip.ws

If we inadvertently collect any information from a minor, it will be deleted as soon as we become aware of it.

Okwip's technology team treats data security as the highest priority. The key security measures in place are outlined below.

This policy may be updated over time to reflect changes in law or technology. We will always notify you of any such changes in advance.

• For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email at least 15 days in advance
• The date of any change will be published at the top of this page under the "Last Updated" field
• You may request account closure if you do not agree to the updated policy
• Continued use of the platform after a new policy is published will be considered acceptance of that policy
